Odham's Book Omibuses
In the 1960s and 70s, Odham's Books came out with a series of omnibuses called 'Man's Book', each containing three novels. Several of these contiained Modesty Blaise novels. (Rather ironic that the series is called 'Man's Book' but Modesty Blaise is female...) The ones I have been able to find information on are:
