Comic Covers

The Modesty Blaise comic strip ran from 1963 to 2001 in London's Evening Standard newspaper. It was syndicated worldwide and translated into many languages. As of December 2008, the Evening Standard will be re-running the strip.

The comics have also been republished in collections. In the U.S., Modesty Blaise was first published as collections in the Comics Revue, and the strips are now being reprinted by Titan Books in the U.K. (but available in other countries). Modesty was also hugely popular in Sweden, Finland, and (the former) Yugoslavia.
